The amount of time a user may borrow an item depends on the demand, number of copies and type of material. Mostly the students will receive 2 books once at time .The due date for those books are 15 days. Students are urged to switch to other books only after the submission of those taken books.

Materials may be renewed unless another user has placed it on hold. Most materials may be renewed three times before it is necessary to return the items to the library. Renewals may be done via phone 01-4381005 or email to library@swbusinesscollege.edu.np.
4. Overdue Fine

• 7 and 21 day Items = $.10 per day

Yes, Students are responsible for acquiring their own textbooks. Why? Getting multiple copies and keeping up with the new editions published each year would be nearly be impossible for the college.
